Ethanedioic 99.6% High Quality Oxalic Acid Dihydrate
Product Description
Oxalic acid, also known as ethanedioic acid, is one of the simplest organic binary acids. Its structural formula is HOOCCOOH. It is usually a colorless transparent crystal and is harmful to the human body, as it can disrupt the body's acid-base balance and affect the development of children. Oxalic acid plays an important role in industry. It can remove rust. Oxalic acid is widely present in nature and often exists in the cell membranes of plants such as Funius flower, sheep's tongue grass, oxalis and acid grass in the form of oxalate. Almost all plants contain oxalate, and it is also a metabolic product of purine in the body.

Application
Phosphoric acid is an important organic diacid with wide applications. In industry, phosphoric acid is commonly used for bleaching and cleaning metal surfaces, effectively removing rust and stains and making the metal surface shiny as new. It can also be used to prepare phosphates, such as calcium phosphate which is used in the pharmaceutical field, and cobalt phosphate which is used in catalyst preparation. In the textile printing and dyeing industry, phosphoric acid can be used in the dyeing process of reducing dyes to improve the dyeing effect. In addition, phosphoric acid can also act as a reducing agent in chemical reactions and be used to prepare high-purity chemicals. It plays an important role in multiple fields such as chemical engineering, medicine, and textiles.
